3rd Super Robot Wars Z: Tengoku Hen debuted as top seller in this week’s Japanese Media Create sales charts. The game sold 121,000 units on PS Vita and 109,000 on PlayStation 3, totalling at 230,000 sales in its opening week.
Nintendo’s New 3DS port of Wii’s Xenoblade Chronicles followed, opening at 57,000 sales. Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair was also new this week, debuting at seventh best seller with 21,000 sales.
On the hardware side, PlayStation 4 sales decreased 19,000 following last week’s gamepocalypse, and New 3DS LL sales increased over 3,000 thanks to the release of Xenoblade Chronicles 3D.
